🛡️ ELC 3-Day Membership Refund Policy
At Ethos Leadership Collective, we stand by the quality of our coaching and content. However, if you feel the membership isn't the right fit for you, we offer a 100% refund within the first 3 days of your purchase—no questions asked.
To request a refund:
- Send an email to support@ethosleadershipcollective.com within 72 hours (3 days) of your membership purchase.
- Include your full name, email ID used during registration, and the reason for your refund (optional, but helps us improve).
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
Important Notes:
- The 3-day window starts from the exact time of payment.
- Refunds are applicable only for the initial membership purchase (not renewals or upgrades).
- Once the refund is processed, your access to all ELC resources, courses, and communities will be revoked.
